为了购买AirAsia Free Seat，我们都会提早购买机票，但是世事难料， 在启程前，自己不幸患病，或者家中的親人患病住院而无法安心出游。
即使没有买旅游保险，你依然可以向AirAsia 要求退款，AirAsia会退款于Credit Shell 信贷帐户内，而不是退现金。你必须在随后的90日内使用这Credit Shell 信贷帐户去买任何人任何时段任何地点的机票。
早前因为恩恩的阿嬷不小心跌倒，所以不能和我们一起去新西兰，我成功向AirAsia 和Jetstar退款，所以现在写下这篇与大家分享。
大家只要提供医生的确诊证明，报生纸Birth 和 结婚证 Certificate Marriage Certificate 并填写AirAsia-form https://eform.airasia.com就可以了。

我能够因为患病或动手术而取消航班吗?
如果某位乘客由于疾病或者医疗过程而无法旅行，则该乘客必须提供医生用于说明其无法进行旅行的正式信函。
如果由于某位直系家属的疾病原因而无法旅行时，则请提交相关的关系证明，例如：出生证明/结婚证。
如果某一位乘客由于直系家属的死亡而无法搭乘已经预订的既定航班，则该乘客只能通过向我们提交相关死亡证明和关系文件的方式，要求向亚航信贷帐户进行退款。（死者的航班预订不会征收任何取消手续费）。
亚航会交以下家庭成员视为“直系”亲属：
- 配偶
- 子女
- 父母
- 兄弟姐妹
- 祖父母
Can I cancel my flight because I am ill or undergoing surgery?
If a guest is unfit to travel due to an illness or a medical procedure, guest must provide a doctor’s official letter stating their inability to travel.
Please note that a cancellation fee (per guest per sector) will apply as stated in our Fees and Charges. Approved refund requests after deducting the cancellation fee will be refunded in the form of an AirAsia Credit Account where you can utilize the value within the next 90 days.
If it is due to the illness of an immediate family member, please submit proof of relationship e.g. Birth /Marriage Certificate.
If a guest is unable to fly on a scheduled flight booked due to the death of an immediate family member, guest can request for refund to an AirAsia Credit Account only, subject to a copy of the death certificate and relationship documents being submitted to us. (No cancellation fee shall be imposed on the deceased’s booking).
